Chipseal

What is the sick fascination with chipseal that WYDOT and the city municipalities have? The chipseal that was done here in Cody was done terribly. The shear amount of material that was put down was unbelievable, and even more unbelievable was the shoddy manner in which it was swept up afterwards. I understand how valuable this procedure is, but, it needs to be done right!

Sorry, I just had to bitch a little, I have found several chips in the hood on my BMW lately. I wonder if the city will pay for a repaing on it?? Ha!!
