A smoking ban? Here??

Currently there is a bill in Wyoming State Legislature to essentially make Wyoming a little more civilized and ban smoking in public places. House Bill 141 is essentially based upon the bill that passed in Cheyenne and Colorado which made those places a little better.

Will this bill pass? I can only hope, but something tells me that the "Wyoming Attitude" will prevail and it won't. Especially since it is opposed by both the Wyoming State Liquor Association and the Wyoming Lodging and Restaurant association. Somehow those people think that this will make all bars go out of business, but anyone who has been to Colorado lately can attest that there are still people going to bars in that state. It's just that now the poor smokers have to step outside for a moment to indulge their filthy habit.
